I am happy to announce that I will be traveling to the beautiful seaside town of Camden, Maine, to present a five-day intensive course in Tuscan cooking June 4 through 8 at the Hartstone Inn. I look forward to working with the Inn owners, Mary Jo Brink and her husband Chef Michael Salmon, and to seeing as many of you as are able to participate.
